Piping and Flowline

Midad has a professional pipeline team to erect pipeline works. Midad always do a Proper planning to erect piping, area-wise following piping isometric and GA drawings.

Midad Co. has the capability to do all the following points :

• Site Survey(Topographic & Geotechnical ) works and marking , Right of way Clearing and grading .

• Piping transportation and stringing.
• Trenching (Excavation of pipeline ditch and backfilling with clean soil).
• Preparing welding procedures (WPS),Procedure qualification records PQR) ,Welders qualification test (WQT).
• Pipeline sections Welding activities ( automatic or Manual).
• NDT( RT(crawler /directional),UT , AUT if required) , PWHT if any.
• Main, secondary & earth roads, railways, river crossing according  to (API-1102).
• Pipeline lowering & backfilling , Tie-in welding .
• Reinforced concrete of pipelines weighting and slabs.
• Catholic protection system installation (temporary (SACP) and Permanent (ICCP) .
• Joint coating and repairs of coating or any damage caused to Line pipes during installation .
• Fibber optic cables installation .
• Pig Launching and receiving installation.
• Valve station installation (piping, valves, and supports).
• Well head connections.
• Hydrostatic test (cleaning, filling, pressurizing, dewatering) .
• Pre-commissioning and provide assistance during Commissioning ( drying , purging) As part of the Commissioning Team.
• All tools, equipment, ropes, and pipes to erection to ensure that they are safe and ready, and clean and free from loose contamination.
• All Pre-fabricated spools with numbered/tagged, all Pipework that erected on supports designated for the specific line , All Large bore piping and small-bore piping, all type of fitting, Valves, Flange.
• Installation of piping on pipe racks or for Vessels and Skid.

Hydrotest and NDT testing  : 

Midad has capability to implement all Hydrotest and NDT Processes with professionalism required in accordance with international and client procedure.

Surface Cleaning and coating :

Midad has the necessary equipment and facility to dry grit blast surface cleaning and wet grit blast service of piping and tanks vessel according standard coating and client procedures. Midad has inhouse qualifies and certificate inspectors to manage all the grit blast and coating works.

GRV & GRV Works :

Midad has a great experience for GRV&GRV Pipeline construction above and underground with qualified & certified team and modern and calibrated equipment and tools to carry out the work.

Shutdown activities :

Midad has a professional team and equipment preparing for shutdown activities also prepare all requirement of piping spool for pre-shutdown and during shutdown , also any electrical and instrument relating to shutdown activities , scaffolding to high level activities.
