Besides the quality management, Midad Oil Services provides
an administration responsible for applying and implementing the international standards
for occupational health and environmental safety through creating the right
atmosphere and environment that suits the staff in the company whether in the
headquarters or its branches or any different work sites through providing
health insurance, medical treatment, and medication and the first aid needed
for emergency during the project implementation.
The management is also adhered to following the company's
activity concerning the surrounding environment and cares to do work according
to the established environmental laws and legislation and applies "ISO* organization
standards. The management is committed to submitting regular reports to the public
administration including human accidents and injuries and any environmental
abuses that took place during work.
Every team leader is responsible for implementing this health and safety policy. Employees should follow health and safety instructions and will be held accountable when they don’t. We’ll take disciplinary action that may extend to termination when employees consistently disregard health and safety rules.
