Civil, structural and
architecture
The civil work for the project includes the following:
- Detail topographical survey
and geotechnical investigation.
- Backfill from existing ground level, final levelling and grading the ground based on approved detail design.
- The heavy truck parking
area with compacted subbase surface.
- The access and internal roads with compacted subbase and asphalt pavement.
- The perimeter Ditch and berm with barbed wire fixed on the berm.
- The concrete yard with fence and gate.
- The sidewalk in warehouse.
- The Jogging track in warehouse.
- The storage yard with
compacted subbase and concrete sleepers for supporting casing.
- The rainwater drainage
system with necessary ditch and culvert. The surface rainwater shall be
collected and drained outside with organized drainage system.
- Supply and installation of
gates.
- All necessary work for
relocation of existing security towers.
- Relocation of existing
T-wall wherever required by COMPANY.
- Septic tank and sewage sump.
- Helipad with necessary
access road .
The architectural work
for the project includes the following:
- Manufacture,
transportation, site installation and decoration of buildings, furniture and
facilities shown in specification and drawings.
- The scope of works is included,
all furniture, office supplies, beddings, pantry equipment, and toiletries etc.
The structural work for the project
shall includes, but not limited to, the following:
- Detail topographical survey
and geotechnical investigation.
- All trenching works for buried cables and tubes/pipes.
- Connection wells, pits for the MEP system near the building.
- Reinforced Concrete foundation for buildings, equipment, and facilities.
