CIVIL CANTEEN AND GYM

Civil, structural and architecture 

The civil work for the project includes the following: 

• Clean site and backfill from existing ground level, final levelling and grading the ground based on approved detail design. 
• Access road and internal roads with compacted subbase ,asphalt pavement, and Sidewalk . 
• Concrete paving for basketball area, tennis area and waste yard. 
• Artificial Grass for football area. 
• Standard Steel mesh wire fence (H=4.0m) and gate for football area, basketball, and tennis area.
• Double leaf steel solid gate (W=6m) for camp. 
• Relocation of existing T-wall shown in the drawing  and New T-wall. 
• The rainwater drainage system with necessary ditch and culvert. The surface rainwater shall be collected and drained outside with organized drainage system. 
• All other necessary civil works for the proper completion of works shown in specification, design basis and contract documents. 

The architectural work for the project includes the following: 

• Manufacture, transportation, site installation and decoration of buildings, furniture and facilities shown in specification and drawings. 
• The scope of works includes, but not limited to all furniture, office supplies, beddings, pantry equipment, and toiletries, etc. 
• All other necessary architecture works for the proper completion of works .

The structural work for the project includes the following: 

• Detail topographical survey and geotechnical investigation.
• All trenching works for buried cables and tubes/pipes. 
• Connection wells, pits for the MEP system near the building.
• Reinforced Concrete foundation for buildings, equipment, and facilities. 
• All other necessary civil works for the proper completion of works  .
