Midad scope is to carry out all heating, ventilating and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) works in conjunction with engineering design drawings, technical specifications, bills of quantities (BOQ),The scope of work on heating, ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) can be described and divided into the following parts:
The split type of air conditioner shall be set in be set in office, guard room and warehouse 2 building, such as office room, ELE room, prayer room, conference room and AC warehouse. The split air conditioner should be cooling and heat pump type. Air conditioning system is composed by indoor unit, outdoor unit, refrigerant tube, and condensate pipe.
The bathroom ventilator will be installed in toilet to carry outdoor. Roof axial exhaust fan will be set for the warehouse-1, warehouse-2 and AC warehouse. The fans for ventilation shall be electrically by switch, and dust prevention shall be considered.
